  • Can I cancel an order?

    If the order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    We offer Purolator flat-rate shipping for $15.00 within Ontario and $25.00 flat-rate shipping to all other provinces in Canada. We cannot ship to PO boxes or internationally.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No; we currently only ship products within Canada.

  • Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

    We offer online gift certificates that can be purchased on the Lakers Shop website for $20, $50 or $100. 


    We do not offer physical gift cards at this time.

  • What is your return / exchange policy?

    Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be offered in some cases but are only available in person, and the item(s) being exchanged must not have been washed and show no signs of wear.

  • What do I do if I have a problem with an order?

    If you are experiencing any issues with an order, please contact us at shop@nipissingu.ca. Alternatively, you can also contact us on Facebook or Instagram.

  • What are your pick-up locations and store hours?

    Print Plus in A107 is your on campus, full service print shop available for students, staff, faculty and the North Bay community.
