Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be offered in some cases but are only available in person, and the item(s) being exchanged must not have been washed and show no signs of wear.

We offer Purolator flat-rate shipping for $15.00 within Ontario and $25.00 flat-rate shipping to all other provinces in Canada. We cannot ship to PO boxes or internationally.

No; we currently only ship products within Canada.

We do offer gift certificates which can be picked up in person or shipped. We do not offer digital gift certificate codes at this time.
