Contesting Rules & Regulations

The Contest Period

The contest is run by Nipissing University Campus Sales and Services department. The Contest will run from November 1st  until November 30th.

Eligibility

All contests by Nipissing University Lakers Shop are open to eligible participants, with no requirement to purchase products or services to enter or win.

How to Enter

All purchases made during the month of November are automatically entered for a random draw. A “no purchase necessary” entry option is available by completing the contest entry form, with equal consideration given to all entrants regardless of entry method.

Prizes

There will be three (3) Nipissing Lakers Flannel Long Sleeve Shirts awarded by a random draw to the contest winners. 

The value of each individual prize is $30 CDN. 

Selection and Awarding the Prizes

Winners of the contest will be selected at random using a name generator and will be contacted/announced on December 3rd, 2024. Winners will be contacted directly and also announced on social media.

Disqualification: If any one of the contest conditions is not met, the selected entrant will be disqualified and shall not be entitled to receive any prizes. Campus Sales and Services has the sole and absolute discretion to verify the information provided in the student’s entry form. If any information is deemed to be false, Campus Sales and Services reserves the right to disqualify that entrant in their absolute discretion and to select another eligible entrant as a potential prize winner. The decision of the aforementioned parties is final and binding, without any right of appeal.
